Tony is currently the General Manager, Prison Industries at the Department of Justice, Victoria. With more than 20 years experience working across diverse channels and market sectors, Tony brings both a commercial and innovation lens to his current role in working with those facing systemic barriers to employment.  Passionate about the need and opportunity to build capability in the environment, not for profit and social enterprise space, Tony is dedicated to building partnerships which can provide sustainable impact, with Shared Value principles at the heart of these ideas.
