In her role as Social Impact Partner, Rosalie oversees many cross-sector collaborations including The Constellation Project, designed to accelerate practical solutions to affordable housing and homelessness. Founding members include, Australian Red Cross, Mission Australia and the Centre for Social Impact at UNSW.

Under Rosalie’s leadership PwC has created another ambitious cross sector collaboration, Learning Creates Australia. Launched in May 2020 with the Foundation for Young Australians, and the University of Melbourne’s Assessment Research Centre with funding from the Paul Ramsay Foundation. The cross-sector collaboration is designed to develop innovative and practical solutions for young people to help them transition into employment, higher education or some form of community contribution.

Rosalie has also overseen the development of PwC’s Elevate RAP, PwC’s alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals and relevant UN Human Rights frameworks.

In 2020, Rosalie also contributed to a landmark report ‘Return on Action’ prepared by PwC and commissioned by Australian tech giant Atlassian. The report is the first cross-generational research on the new expectations and accountability of business and its societal obligations.
