Charlotte is the founder of Transform4C, author of the new book Climate Workers, co-initiator of global 100 Months to Change coalition and the EU liaison of the global institute for Corporate Transformation. With 20+ years of sustainability leadership experience, Charlotte is passionate about the ‘magic’ she has experienced in those companies who are genuinely leading the change and has sought to unlock the ingredients for others to follow.
